Day 11-12 (Trigger + Retrieval)Trigger shot 36 hours before retrieval. Egg retrieval under sedation (20-30 minutes). Rest for the remainder of the day. Mild cramping normal.

Days 13-17 (Lab + Transfer)Eggs fertilized (IVF or ICSI). Embryos cultured for 3-5 days. Best embryo(s) transferred — painless 5-minute procedure. Bed rest for 24 hours recommended.
